House rules

  1. Check-in at the guesthouse is possible from 3:00 p.m., check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
  2. The minimum booking period during the opening discount period is 5 days.
  3. The full booking fee (or the remaining balance in case of a deposit) and the tourist tax must be paid in one amount upon arrival. In case of early departure, the accommodation fee cannot be refunded.
  4. Only the persons included in the booking are allowed to stay in the guesthouse. Receiving guests is only possible after prior agreement – please contact us in such cases.
  5. Our guesthouse is intended for rest and relaxation. As it is located in the center of the village, we kindly ask you not to disturb the villagers and holidaymakers with noise after 10:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m.
  6. Please use the equipment and appliances of the guesthouse as intended. The air conditioner should be used only when you are in the house, with doors and windows closed.
  7. There are areas and equipment in and around the guesthouse that can be dangerous if not used properly – they may only be used at your own risk (fireplace, stairs, etc.). Children must be supervised by parents at all times on the entire premises.
  8. As in any household, something might break or malfunction in the guesthouse through no fault of the guests. If you notice anything unusual, please inform us immediately to prevent further damage.
  9. Smoking and any other fire-causing activity is strictly prohibited inside the guesthouse. The building is equipped with smoke detectors.
  10. Please eat in the kitchen or on the terrace. It is not allowed to take or store food in the bedrooms or upstairs.
  11. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the guesthouse or violation of the house rules.
  12. We take care of the plants in the garden. Please take care not to damage them. Only use the designated parking area for your vehicle.
  13. Fires may only be lit at the designated fireplace in compliance with fire safety regulations. For grilling or kettle cooking, we are happy to provide the necessary tools and assistance if needed.
  14. The guesthouse is always handed over in a clean condition. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected, and bed linen and towels are washed after departure. Additional cleaning or linen/towel changes can be arranged for an extra fee.
  15. For safety reasons, always lock the front door when leaving the property.
  16. Additional services are available by prior arrangement.
  17. You will not find TV in the guesthouse.
